RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
If you buy on a multi-buy promotion, individual items cannot be returned for refund, you will need to send back all of the qualifying items.
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name, order number and details of the product(s):

Goods must be returned within 28 days, using the address above. The cost of returning the cancelled order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period (seven working days) we will refund the full cost of the item. We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when cancelling your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned for exchange or gift vouchers must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for three months from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Replacement items can only be dispatched once we have received your returned order.
If a discount was applied to your original order, and the refund of a returned item means that the original discount would no longer apply, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect this.
Please note: Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Before contacting us, please take note of the timescales required to process a refund: We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
Missing Items
If you have received your order and an item is missing, please Contact Customer Services with your order number and the missing item.
We will investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Delivery to BFPO addresses
Most orders can be delivered to BFPO addresses, with Standard UK Delivery charge applicable. During registration you must enter your BFPO address as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. When we ship to BFPO addresses, it is the responsibility of the British Forces to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the correct location. For more information please see the BFPO website.

We reserve the right to discontinue or alter the supply of any product at any time, and to cancel any sale under reasonable conditions, at our sole discretion. In the event of us having to cancel an order, the customer will be refunded the total payment for the product(s) and P&P. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and Security
Prices: All prices stated on this site are in UK pound sterling; all orders (plus P&P) must be paid for in this currency, and any refunds will also be given as such. We cannot accept any responsibility for financial loss arising from exchange rate fluctuation between currencies. Except where an item is stated as V.A.T. exempt, prices include V.A.T. at the current rate of 17.5%. Customers domiciled outside the EU should make their own provision for the payment of any import or duty related taxes arising from their order; in such cases, it is advisable to contact your local customs office for accurate and reliable information.
While we maintain the site to ensure provision of information to a high level of accuracy, sometimes pricing errors may occur, particularly where prices alter at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Supply & Delivery
Availability of Goods: Our site is regularly maintained and updated to the best of our ability to ensure the provision of accurate information. Nevertheless, we cannot always guarantee continued availability of all our items and occasionally a product may become unobtainable owing to circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the opportunity to review your order and, if you choose to cancel the sale, to receive a refund for the item in question.
Special Offers: All special offers are subject to availability and are offered on a while-stocks-last basis. In the event of the offer stocks having been sold already, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you the value of the purchase for that item.

Delivery Addresses: We can deliver to UK, EU and international addresses. During the payment confirmation phase, we will ask you for a Delivery Address and a Billing Address. It is important that someone is present at the delivery address to collect your parcel, as each delivery requires a signature on receipt. If this might be difficult to manage, then you may wish to consider arranging for delivery to your work address, or to the home of a neighbour or friend who has agreed to provide a signature for the order. If you have authorised a colleague or friend to sign for your goods, then proof of signature will be taken as proof of delivery. Delivery Times & Processing Period: We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible and certainly within 28 days.
